How it works
Every portfolio starts with a conversation between you and our managing director, so the requirement is scoped by someone who can make decisions about it. What the properties are, what has to be certified, what the deadline is, and what constraints you may be working around.
On the back of that call we assign a dedicated account manager, who will be one of our most experienced staff members. They will be your first point of contact from there on, always quickly on hand and ready to provide any update or fix any issues.
Booking access, coordinating with tenants and site staff, keeping the programme moving, and chasing each survey through to completion. One person who knows your portfolio inside out and is already fully up to speed with its progress.
Scale
We regularly deliver surveys across portfolios of several hundred properties, frequently under tight time constraints. That is usually the part that goes wrong elsewhere. The individual survey is routine work; running hundreds of them to a fixed deadline, across the country, is not.
Because the same team handles EPCs, electrical, gas, fire and asbestos work, a property does not need four separate visits arranged by four separate companies.
